Due to our commitments to give back to charities & non profit organizations effectively we hope that you understand we must limit our return policy to exchange only. At times we will offer opportunities to pre order products that we are offering in limited quantities. Any pre ordered items are subject to an extended wait and processing time. Estimated wait times will be given for these items. 

We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of confirmation. As we ship primarily through Canada Post, you can expect your order within 7-14 days depending on your location.
